The ability to Love or recieve Love  is not always in our control. We can do all we think is right  and needed and still fall short of being what the other person needs. I have spent years trying to figure out how I can Love someone enough to make them Love me  in return and you know what I have discovered? I can't. It is beyond my control to win someone's heart. I have drifted over the years in an abyss of nothingness, numb to the sights and sounds of  Love around me. But I am tired now of drifting. I have planted my feet firmly on the ground and I will bravely look Love in the face and say "give it your best shot". I will not turn and walk away or hide my face when Love looks my way. I will embrace it......for I do not know how long it will last. It may be for a moment or a lifetime.......but I will accept it next time it comes my way. Life is fairly simple - not complicated as everyone tends to make it out to be.  From love, life comes, from life, death comes, therefore to Love is Death!  We just have to make sure we have fun with while it lasts, but what happens once you've had your fair share of love, you guessed it -Death!!  Its an endless cycle and we have no power against it.
