Words For Thought!!

Do you think YOU will pass it on???

        Hmmm...
One day Satan and Jesus were having a conversation. Satan had just come from the Garden of Eden, and he was gloating and boasting.

"Yes, sir, I just caught the world full of people down there. Set me a trap, used bait. I knew they couldn't resist. Got 'em all!"

"What are you going to do with them?" Jesus asked.

Satan replied, "Oh, I'm gonna have fun! I'm gonna teach them how to marry and divorce each other, how to hate and abuse each other, how to drink and smoke and curse. I'm gonna teach them how to invent guns and bombs and kill each other. I'm really gonna have fun!"

"And what will you do when you get done with them?" Jesus asked.

"Oh, I'll kill 'em," Satan glared proudly.

"How much do you want for them?" Jesus asked.

"Oh, you don't want those people. They ain't no good. Why, you'll
take them and they'll just hate you. They'll spit on you, curse you and kill you!! You don't want those people!!"

"How much?" He asked again.

Satan looked at Jesus and sneered, "All your tears, and all your
blood."

Jesus said, "DONE!" Then He paid the price.

Isn't it funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then
wonder why the world's going to hell.

Isn't it funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but
question what the Bible says.

Isn't it funny how everyone wants to go to heaven provided they do
not have to believe, think, say, or do anything the Bible says. Or is it scary?

Isn't it funny how someone can say "I believe in God" but still
follow Satan (who, by the way, also "believes" in God).

Isn't it funny how you can send a thousand jokes through e-mail
and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages
regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing.

Isn't it funny how the lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene pass freely
through cyberspace, but the public discussion of Jesus is suppressed in the school and workplace.

Isn't it funny how someone can be so fired up for Christ on
Sunday, but be an invisible Christian the rest of the week.

Are you laughing?

Isn't it funny how when you go to forward this message, you will
not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them.

Isn't it funny how I can be more worried about what other people
think of me than what God thinks of me.

Will YOU pass this on? .... I did.

Fury

From: ¤°¤§îmþ£ÿ®ª¶éý¤°¤ (Original Message) - - - - 3/8/2003 7:45pm
Frustration pulsing through my body as anger rages ripping away at my very fiber. I scream and nobody hears. I cry and nobody listens.
This pain racing through my body a constant thirst to feel you beside me, holding me. I scream and still nobody hears. I cry and still nobody listens. Does anyone care about this slow burning torture that I myself am feeling? This anger coursing through my veins? The frustration lacing itself around my soul squeezing it until hopefully there is no more? I scream. I cry. They’ve heard me. They’ve listened to me. They simply do not feel it, nor do they care.

I have been in this situation many many times and,
I tend to agree that we go through life in silence, even tho we're screaming in utter agony, at the bitterness of our lives.
Seems a shame that no one stops to care or listen anymore to feelings of those living in such turmoil.......
Maybe that's the problem;
That there's no more caring, feeling, hearing people in this world!!

There are many folks out there that, see, care and do something about other's fury. We usually do so silently and with conviction. Fury is not good for you. Better to foster an attitude of 'Thanksliving.' That is, consider your surroundings. You are an American. You have hot and cold running water in at lest a two rooms in your home maybe 3 or more. You have separate rooms to sleep in, cook in, bath in, play in, and watch TV in. You have access to cheap, rapid transportation. You have more than you can eat or can easily get it. You have so much time on your hands, you can squander it on fury. You can openly make fun of your politicians anywhere, anytime. You can choose to agree with me, or disagree to almost any degree. We eat, breath and take for granted freedoms and riches the vast majority of the rest of the world consider unattainable, or often cannot even imagine. Life is grand. I pray that your fury is short, sweet and ultimately chanelled into something productive and wonderful.

At any given moment in one's life. Thier at time races within pain and strife. How I cope get through such difficult days, is working with kids they show me the way. Through the smile in their eyes, and the laughter in their voice. I see life as it meant to be lived, I only can make the choice. I choose to try daily to work that much more, to be nicer to people even if they make me upset or sore. Yes there still are out there people who care, not all people are blind most of themselves still share. Hold your head up strong do the best you can do. Look at each heart people wear, you see this too. There are good folks who will help us along the way, with a strong helping hand, or kind words that they  may say. So if helps just a little accept this  smile from me. If you need a helping hand just ask, I be there you will see.
