Peace

Where shall we find the peace we so desperately need? Perhaps only in our minds eye? Perhaps peace only exists in fairytales of long ago! Nothing ventured is nothing gained, leading me to believe that perhaps peace is something that needs to be sought after rather then obtained freely? What more can be said on a feeling of tranquility that seems to be so far and few between? A wish for long ago picnics, for smooth flowing rivers, and the carefree days when romance was pure and without malice!  ~Peace~ Something to be desired in this weakened heart!
